Please Don’t Fire Me – My personal assistant completely messed up my schedule yesterday and because of it I lost a huge client. I’m furious. It’s her day off, but I call her and tell her to come to my house immediately because we need to sort this out. Someone clearly screwed up and it’s looking like it was her. She shows up dressed like she was about to go out partying, which honestly just makes me even more annoyed. I don’t waste time and tell her straight away that this is unacceptable and I’m planning to fire her. Losing a client like that isn’t something I can just ignore.
